We previously were known as Hayleighs at 14 High Street and have now rebranded to ‘Haitch & Joes’ and expanded into a bigger shop (Opened 19th August 2023). We sell cold drinks in store. We also offer hot drinks (subject to availability only). For hot drinks and food, we recommend our friends and neighbours at The Nest (Lower King St, Royston SG8 5AL)
All prices are estimates and are variable dependant on client and stylist. Terms and Conditions apply and can be found on our website. This price list voids any previous price lists printed prior to March 2023.

We’re fairly relaxed, but have a few house rules that keep things running smoothly and help us deliver the best service possible. Please make sure you read them before booking an appointment.
All Colour Services must be followed by either a Blow Dry or a Cut & Blowdry.
CONSULTATION:
Check us out before you check in. Pop into the salon for a quick chat with your stylist before making a booking.
PATCH TEST:
We insist on a patch test for any technical services. Just pop into the salon at least 48 hours before your appointment and we’ll take care of it. If you’re coming in for a consultation, it makes sense to get it done then.
TIMELINESS:
We do our best to run a tight ship, so if you’re late, it affects everyone. Why not arrive 15 minutes earlier? You’ll be very welcome. Timeliness makes us happy.
CANCELLATIONS:
We know that things come up and you may need to cancel your appointment. Please give us as much notice as possible so we have time to fill your slot. By booking an appointment at Haitch & Joes, you are automatically agreeing to our booking policy and the following charges if cancelling.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
48 hours or more— no charge.
48 hours or less— 50% charge.
No show — 100% charge.
PAYMENT:
We welcome all major credit/debit cards and Haitch & Joes gift cards. You can also pay over the phone and we welcome cash.
GIFT VOUCHERS:
Our Gift Vouchers come in any amount. Have a word with team for more info.

We recommend a skin test if you haven’t been to us before or if you haven’t been to us for 6 months or more.
No. We are open for appointment only hours from Monday to Saturday.
Our latest appointment is usually 4pm for colours. But some exceptions may be made from time to time.
If you cant make it, just let us know with at least 48 hours notice otherwise a charge will due for either late cancellation or no-show if you do not arrive.

All appointments are subject to our terms and conditions. This applies to all appointments with all stylists. By booking an appointment at Hayleighs, you are agreeing to our terms. Including the ones stated by Fresha, when confirming appointments.
Our time, like yours, is precious, so we do require 48 hours notice for cancelling appointments otherwise a minimum of 50% cancellation fee will be payable. Any no show appointments will be charged at 100% of the appointment cost to the card registered, if no card is registered, then an invoice will be sent. We reserve the right to cancel appointments at anytime and/or refuse a booking. If invoices for no-show payments are not paid, then legal action may be taken.
In some cases, a deposit of 50% or more may be required to secure your booking, this will have to be cleared at least 48 hours before the appointment date or your appointment may be cancelled.
Deposits are accepted by Card, Cash or Bank Transfer to our business bank account. Details available on request.
