All appointments are subject to our terms and conditions. This applies to all appointments with all stylists. By booking an appointment at Hayleighs, you are agreeing to our terms. Including the ones stated by Fresha, when confirming appointments.
Our time, like yours, is precious, so we do require 48 hours notice for cancelling appointments otherwise a minimum of 50% cancellation fee will be payable. Any no show appointments will be charged at 100% of the appointment cost to the card registered, if no card is registered, then an invoice will be sent. We reserve the right to cancel appointments at anytime and/or refuse a booking. If invoices for no-show payments are not paid, then legal action may be taken.
In some cases, a deposit of 50% or more may be required to secure your booking, this will have to be cleared at least 48 hours before the appointment date or your appointment may be cancelled.
Deposits are accepted by Card, Cash or Bank Transfer to our business bank account. Details available on request.
